Processing time can range anywhere from 3-7 business days. Processing times may be delayed during busy seasons and holidays.

🔸 We create proof based on the info in your custom order form so PLEASE make sure to fill it in correctly and in full. We are able to make changes on the proof, however, additional modifications have a small fee to cover our time which can be purchased separately. If there is a mistake on our part we will fix it free of charge.
Make sure to read modification add-on description before purchasing so you can be sure which option you need to buy. One modification add-on is valid for one round only. Once you receive a new proof and you need more changes you can purchase another modification round.
Modifications can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days, depending on complexity and our availability at the time.
